Cindy and Doug: Doug: All you need to do is reference people to your original post number, which sets out you feelings. Your gracious apology is accepted.

Cindy: As to getting off on tagents and looking at the facts, thats the issue, what are THE FACTS? IE, Delaware tax. Doug correctly pointed out back taxes allegedly owed of some 6 figures. It is also a fact that the amount actually owed (v. assessed) was only $500 some dollars, which was paid. Both are facts, but Doug only pointed out the former, and not the latter.

I agree, lets look at the facts, but lets look at ALL the facts, on both sides of each issue. GG
