Jim Halpin (CompUSA CEO) making comments which would lead one to believe that business is looking good and he expects to sell a lot of computers.

biz.yahoo.com

How can this be?

I thought that CPU employees were lazy and surly.

I thought that CPU stock was supposed to be going to zero.

I thought that everyone would be so upset about the Y2K crisis that all stocks would go to zero (with the exception of TAVA and ZITL of course).

Obviously, Mr. Halpin is delusional.
