I'm thinking of bailing too.I don't like the callous attitude mgmt.has towards us,plus the spectre of reg.s is always there.Earnings look good,but this stock has no coverage at all.Maybe this will be a case of a reverse split helping,but my experience with reverses is that stocks underperform miserably with a reverse.One positive note for all of you....if I sell this stock will go up fast.Confused. Eric
