This has nothing to do with the spirit of the thread. That has been stolen from those who still had it. It is a shame that happy people...even if they are ignorant (in other's opinions)...can't just be left alone to be happy.
Even if hopes and dreams are false or misled...they are still someone's hopes and dreams. It is all how you look at things. People here were looking at things in a positive way...and enjoying themselves. What about that is so upsetting to you and others. What was the harm in that. The spirit of this thread has been ruined. People, for whatever reason have chosen to ruin it for others.
OK..you don't want anyone trashing your lifestyle, well, neither do we. If we choose to be DGIV-A-HOLICS, Rocketeers, Space Cadets or a box of beans...what difference should it make to you? How is it different to be judgemental about someone's lifestyle preferences and people's posting preferences?
The "bullies" have boarded the thread, for whatever reason. It is a shame that some should feel the need to poke sticks at happy people...and just keep poking and poking till all the "happy" is gone.
I am not asking you to leave...I am just asking you to leave us to our way of posting without the ridiculous badgering, belittling, moron thread posting, lecturing replies you seem to enjoy subjecting us to.
You don't like us posting about our families, Ball teams, weather, postive attitudes, etc...yet in most every post you make, we are subjected to what you are wearing, where you are, what your hair looks like, what you are eating/drinking, or where you are off to for happy hour. Fine..that is perfectly acceptable...but the freedoms you enjoy on this thread should be extended to others.
Speak kind words and you will hear kind words.
This post is in no way meant to be mean or angry. It is just my opinion and I am sure you can appreciate someone posting their opinions.
