I couldn't believe how bullish Bob was a couple of weeks ago. I'm usually Mr. Bullish, buy I must admit that I had concerns about the previous support at 8650 becoming a major resistance level. How, I asked myself, can Bob be so forthright and relentless with his bullish projections. He was even going so far as recommending the stock market for cash to be used in eight months.

Today the DJIA closed at 8915, just four percent below the all-time highs. HOW DID HE KNOW??????????

OK, Mr. Small Cap Supporter, should I get out of my Small Cap Opportunity Fund???? Yes, I know what HE said, but I didn't act.
