Oh I know those guys well. At the risk of getting flamed, I am the CEO of a public company, and I get phone calls about 3 or 4 times a week from "investor relations and promotions companies". Standard Pitch oh dont worry about money... we can work something out for your stock... the common request is $200,000 to $300,000 of stock for 6 months "promotion". Then they tell you about the revelutionary new ways the internet, their website and email will buff up your stock price. blah blah blah.... I never have used these services and never will. KAA
