If I can recall correctly, Andrew Soros had (has) some SOT in one of their QUANTUM funds. He did buy a bunch at an average of about $2.40. I don't know if he still has any though. I bought in lower, thinking it was safe, but lost plenty. I don't currently hold any, but am tempted.
