It looks like MGMA has some competition for your investment dollar: private.com PRVT is in Sweden, but is filing with the SEC to sale stock in the USA. PRVT makes about 50 movies per year. They are starting to get into DVD. But their main business is adult magazines. PRVT has a very well organized web page. Much more professional and appealing than MGMA's. PRVT has a history of being awarded for the best movies in Europe. I think MGMA should look at PRVT as a possible acquisition. I can't strongly recommend PRVT because I have not seen PRVT's financial statements. However, PRVT is already well established in Europe. Why fight them, if you can buy them? Considering the price of PRVT, maybe MGMA can't afford to buy PRVT. If PRVT and MGMA merged, PLA would have some serious competition for you investment dollar.
