20,000 doesnt mean anyone is accumulating....but what is a good sign is that it is inching up without any resistance......Big volumn of say 250,000 of buying will put this baby at the .25 cent level....The PR firm that i ripped apart in a previous post is actively working another deal and doing well with it.......so hopefully when news breaks, we should be in for a nice ride on this one..... mike
