The problem with so many people is they were stupid (handicapped) before they were born again and still are afterwards. They do not understand God yet insist on speaking for Him. They should first take about 20 years and try to understand the character of God. Would a God who said "I desire compassion and not sacrifice" do that to anybody? No He wouldn't. For whatever reason or many reasons things are breaking down and not working right. Genes, chromosomes, DNA. That's very touchy stuff.
