Has anyone considered the possible ramifications of the buyback with regards to the ongoing litigation. If CREAF management knows for a fact that they will prevail (which they shoud, to some degree), then they should not be concerned about the price they pay, IMHO, for shares that will likely shoot up further if they can wipe out their main competitor's source for chips in the mid/high end market. Just a thought. BTW does anyone else hate the new Yahoo format? Brian
