i am looking for some help with this one...the tender offer coming in dec is for 42 dollars a share..the balance 51% will be a swap of 1 share of lmt for 1 cq...at the current 112 price of lmt
there would appear to be a hugh upside? considering the 2 for 1 split worst case they don't get approval and lmt buys 49% for 42 dollars ..

what am i missing??? thanks
