I agree that there was a market over-reaction. The price was already undervalued and was returning over the last week or so. From the intraday history, there was one large purchase at about the 3rd hour after the market opened, that lowered the price to about 17, then the market believed the price to about the last hour when a whole series of trades brought the price to a low near 12. The price then quickly returned to over 13 by the time the market closed.

Seems to me that if you could check out the after-market action and have a few loose bills laying around you could take advantage. I was accumulating over the last few days so I can't average out. I was just a few days too early.
