Craig-Reg D holders had a new conversion somewhere between $1.06 - $1.16.

Perhaps they've picked a new strategy. It is possible that they still could be selling into the buying at this level for a nice 50 to 60% profit. I think the benefits of selling the last conversion at a nice profit out weigh them doing massive selling at this point.
They could be selling a little at a time here with one eye on the conversion rate making sure that they can cover their short with the next conversion.
I imagine if they saw some weakness(bad news) they might attempt to pile on or at least try to get out as much at a higher price before they would attempt another assault that may have some risk if it wasn't successful.
They probably have a software program that figures it all out for them.
