Yes that is the right thing to do. No sense chasing the price on the way up. I think you will be filled. I don't know how many shares you want to buy in each order so perhaps the quantity is too high to be filled at the bid, but I have had orders for 5000 shares filled at the bid twice now so I suspect that it is quite easy to buy small quantities at the bid price. If you are trying for 25,000 shares at a crack it might be harder to get filled.

There are no rumors out right now so that means the price has nowhere to go but down in the short term. If there was any possibility of good news in the near term, it would have leaked out. The shorts have the field right now with no risk on their part in the short run.

So load up if you are confident. I hope it works out for you.
