First, Peter IS crazy, and he knows it, because he is a knowledgable and experienced biotech investor looking at Cistron-:) Albeit as a loony savant, he sees a value, and has come to this wayward thread to share his confession of goofiness. High five! With John de Castro, I agree that a small cap listing would help the stock. The spread as a penny-stock discourages most investors (see above "Peter IS crazy"). With a 1:20 reverse split, CIST would trade at $5-6-7 or so, and the spread would not be so formidable.
