Another street talk on Cyrix 6x86 production indicated that
Cyrix/IBM are refining the processes ready to roll out M2 sooner
than anyone expected :-)

p.s. I think that 2.5V P150+ quoted by MAX were the type error of
max for 2.8V P200+

Cyrix/IBM are producing a 2.5 volt version of the 6x86-P150+ at this
time.
