So, a buddy buys up the assets, reincorporates into Son of Araldica, a completely new and unrelated corporate entity, the Araldica Co. now has no assets so has no choice but to File Chapter 7, then administers the $100,000 in asset value to a few creditors and the new corp. takes over. Frank gets a new position in the new shell, Dominic and Eddie are back in business, and Matthew is back on the web. Same sh*t, different, day. Happens.
