Dear hardly: Same old crap - you sound like the moderate Republican who wants to hedge his bets. MSFT is the most efficient company and no one likes it- so they want to sue to win. Market cap is the scoreboard in business and you have to be the most efficient and toughest guy on the block to get to the top. By the way who has MSFT put out of business? And if they have who cares those are the risks of being in business. That point isn't even germane in any event.

You evidently didn't read the part of my post that says as a Mac owner I have no where near the choice of 3rd party software that a PC owner has. The question to be asked is how has the consumer been harmed. Would you like to start a car company today?

What exclusionary contracts. You mean the part where they say you can't screw with the OS.A lot of dumb box makers fool with the desk top as they feel that it is their turf but they are just playing with themselves as it is the OS that makes the chips work and causes the monitor to light up. As far as apps are concerned you tell me that MSFT dominates but then AAPL says they need Office to survive - damned if they do and damned if they don't.

You may think your not a liberal.." but thy speech doth betray thee." with apologies to the bard.
