Hey Herb, Great post...! It's like somebody opened the door and turned on the damn light for a change. The Chinese were doing business in a class way about the time Cheops was stacking big bricks in concentrically shrinking squares amongst the sand dunes! Of course this LGOV thing has taken time! The Chinese are not going to let somebody start kicking butt in their neighborhood without proving themselves - and running them around the bush a few times is part of the dues. The difference now is that the old capitalistic bug has begin to surface since the Hong Kong takeover. Being a big Chinese cheese beats picking rice by a long shot - but, being a rich big Chinese cheese is a lot more attractive. And, if A gets rich, B wants to get rich, then C wants to get rich...and so on. Anyone with a cheap little satellite dish, a shortwave radio, or a web connection [check out XNET] has to get a glimpse of the good life every so often - and that's what will turn the corner over there! A reminder: it's winter over in China also! And, this year they're not allowed to burn charcoal. Kinda puts LGOV it a righteously cool position, aye! The choice is yours! A fancy-schmancy dinner date and splurge and the casino - OR - 2941 shares of LGOV. The weekend will be a forgotten hangover by Christmas. The shares will be worth $2941.00+.
