The truth is speaking the truth. There are official news releases and there is innuendo, deduction, tone of voice, etc. ad infinitum. Really truly inside knowledge is only the property of those who are making it happen, and even then can be wrong as what you think you have coming may not come, as often happens. So even the movers and shakers cannot see the whole picture. Small companies are easier to talk to than large ones. Speculative companies are prone to speculation by definition. Add onto that all that Jesse Livermore wrote about about how markets are run, and you have all the drama one could ask for, and all the challenge that makes this game better than chess or poker. Everyone on this thread, with few exceptions, now believes an announcement of substance is imminent. One can deduce that from multiple bits of evidence. The question only becomes whether the clues are true. The most obvious clue, the issue of shares, should mean that those who bought the shares expect to make a profit, and imply good news but all is subject to multiple interpretations. Perhaps I am only saying the obvious, but it seems worth saying at this point. "Ruat caelum" - "come what may".
