Mr. Goodin:

One small point--as contained in our post #616, we did not quote a dollar amount owed the state of Delaware as it was unknown to us. The six figure amount was contained in posts from others including R. Baughman. We were simply stating the fact that they claimed they were a Delaware corporation even though they had been declared void for a lengthy period of time.

Incidentally, I have no idea where the "Doug" thing comes from. Obviously, you can call me anything you like, but I prefer my real name. Thank you for your courtesy.
