If you use windows 95 you can startup a netscape or an external Internet explorer browser. AOL now creates a TCP/IP PPP < I am assuming its ppp, conection and you can use programs that can use TCP/IP as the protocol for communication. This includes telnet,ftp and ping. I have not tried Pointcast but it should work just fine also.
