Dear Jan: Caputo sold those shares to cover an over allotment. Had he not done that I presume the company would have had to issue more shares for such coverage. At the time, I would think the original IPO purchasers would have not liked the idea of further dilution. In any event whats done is done. While I understand your loss, I have the same percentage loss on paper as you have in reality, we current shareholders must look to the future not the past. You have your suit to look forward to we have the company and its actions going forward. I hope that somehow we both succeed. JDN
