Some of the Reg D holders could certainly still be selling into the buying at this level for a nice profit, but this hasn't negatively affected the price of ANCR, at least so far. Yes, they are still making a 50%-60% profit on their converted shares if they sell now, but it APPEARS as if they aren't trying to push the price down in order to lower their conversion price. That would seem to indicate that they may have converted all they can or want to. If I were a Reg D holder, and wanted to lock in a conversion price for the next four weeks, I would NOT have let the two most recent lows slide out of my conversion window. Yesterday (Thursday) and today (Friday) are the two key days from that standpoint. Time will tell, but an OEM deal from Ancor sure wouldn't hurt right about now. <g>
