I just got this from Greenie Weenie's column at The Street.com... The guy never gives up... Sickem Sheila...

Iomega insanity (feels like old times): While Iomega (IOM:NYSE) and its supporters cheer the death of SyQuest (SYQT:Nasdaq), they're ignoring the birth of another competitor: Sony (SNE:NYSE), whose 200-megabyte, backwards-compatible (meaning it also uses floppies) HiFd will hit the stores in several weeks. A spokesman says the new product, geared to go head-to-head with the Zip, will be heavily advertised and promoted after the first of the year. The disks will be priced slightly higher than the Zip's 100 megabyte disks.

Congrat.s IOMers but remember gains are only gains if you take them....
