CIEN: Ciena broke out of a Reverse Head & Shoulder patter and is now retracing to possibly test the neckline around 14. This would provide us with a very good entry opportunity. Buy CIEN with a Limit of 14 1/8. Target is 23. Protective stop is 13 1/8. If you enter your URL this way, everyone can go right to it.
