Bill,

Insider selling at ETPI has pretty much come from one source (Grasberger), who was selling a ton of shares for a new house. Unfortunately, he filed to sell at the same time the company declared other insiders were purchasing stock. He pretty much negated any positive impacts of insider buying. Good news is that he's done with the selling.
