"Minority" was a poor reference. "I fear not" is a phrase typically used with religious overtones expressing traditional beliefs or a disdain or resistance to others opinions. For example "The Testament of Truth," by Saddam Hussein makes use of the phrase as do many pledges to Allah. Many stories of martyrs use the phrase. In Christian theology and story, its frequently used to describe a state of belief or resistance. I just thought it was odd to use it describing your political feelings about the country no longer being great.
