Q3 DELL EARNINGS ESTIMATES- AN EXPERIMENT! I am not going to collect earnings estimates and post twice/day as normal. Please restrain yourself from posting your earnings estimates on the thread so we can have a valid experiment. We have had several folks thinking our estimates are skewing the whisper numbers up and think we shouldn't post them. I think we should try an experiment by not posting earnings estimate then discuss how to do this in the future after Dell reports earnings. I don't want to collect estimates via private or e-mail then post the results after Dell reports. The reason is after Dell reports all the estimates are moot and I am looking forward. I was trying to have fun while waiting for the earnings report. So if someone else wants to collect privately earnings estimates you are welcome to step up. Write a post to the thread and tell everyone where to send them. I expect we will go back to the old way after this experiment but I will respect the majority next quarter and beyond. Thanks, Pat
