I believe you are correct. However, it is a day sell signal. Not a short term, intermediate, or long term sell signal. with seg earning's out today and being on the upside, i am hoping that this may be the last time we see 142 for a while. On top of that 141-142 (the last high) should provide some support.
In addition, after the amrket closed the S & P rose 1.75 from the 4pm close.
