I did not hear anyone say anything about the actual results expected for third quarter, just the timing of their release.

It seems to me as though the 'great fourth quarter' could/would put them well over the top of their 'projections'. Biggest problem with that is, I don't know what the 'projections' were. The only 'projection-like' number I heard mentioned was by the sales exec. who said his "goal/minimum performance expectation" was $10 million in sales for '98.

It is possible (as is always the case) that some information comes out in a 'private' discussion, as in the mingling which occurs after a meeting of this sort. I would be interested to know where the info. re: third Q came from, as it was definitely not part of what I heard (granted, I did leave the room for perhaps 10 minutes at one point).

Then again, maybe we were at two different meetings!

Oh yes, one final thing re: third Q, I have no evidence of any sort to suggest that the info is wrong, in fact it is probably(?) right. I just didn't hear it at the meeting.

Final thing re: year, I believe that '98 will in fact look extremely good compared to '97 and that the fourth quarter might be a 'gap up' quarter.
