BSFE recieved an award worth about $800,000 in the arbitration of its claims against Richard Rosen, the companies former chairman, ceo and president.

Arbitrator found that Rosen had failed to discharge in good faith the duties of his executive position and also failed to act under the direction of the company's board of directors.

At the request of the company's board, Rosen resigned from BSFE 3/27/96, it said.
