Alan, that's an interesting thought, but trying to kill the merger won't work. It won't be long before shareholders that didn't buy into the merger will be bitching because of the low price $0.10 that some were able to buy shares. IMO by the time of a merger I expect COC results to already be in. That's why even though I am buying into the merger I am delighted to buy at a discount like yesterday. If the price goes lower in the near term great! Something I forgot to mention yesterday that Runyon said was that the funding efforts were going well. Guess what a funding announcement would do to shorts? I hope they borrow lots of stock, bigtime. <VBG>
