Careful with puts on CY. Mkt still considers CY an SRAM play and will price accordingly. DRAM pricing firming - if prices rise, SRAMs will follow suit and CY will take off along with ALSC, MU, ISSI, IDTI. Of course that's a big if - just be careful.
