Adel, I wouldn't take Sturza's ratings too seriously. If you had you would have missed a 50% rise in SEPR earlier this year, for example. Sturza lowered his rating on CBMI because he could no longer give guidance on the status of the FDA filing, which he sees being delayed until H1 of 1999, and the stock has not been performing in a bull market. In effect he was saying this looks like dead money for the near term.

He may be right. However, the stock has been acting better lately and I was impressed that it didn't sell off this morning following his overnight lowering of the rating. I think the direction of the stock is up at this point. Dramatically up? Probably not. But up, nonetheless.
