Your'e probably right,downside seems minimal and I'm already down 50%.Two things I've learned, reg.s and reverse splits are death.This stock should be a value players dream,but there are so many unanswered questions.At least wer'e not delisted like CIND.At least the bid/ask have improved marginally.Good luck,
