Zeev, holders that have free trading shares can sell them without reporting and then buy discounted PP restricted shares cheaper from the company that they then need to hold. The other mechanics is that non reporting companies can directly sell free trading shares for "services", consulting etc. under filing rule 509? (not sure of the number). Does anyone know if GPGI has made such a filing?
