Checked SEDAR, meeting confirmed for Dec 30. Appears they'll be discussing the option of taking HEC shares for the value of their 25%.
That would give them X millions in HEC stock to either A) sit on or B)sell and raise cash. You know, there's a lot of undervalue options out there right now.
