Dear JDN, Jeff and all current CMND shareholders---I wish you all well too---I consider this a business matter, that should be decided by the courts. The opinions I'm expressing on the thread, come from my heart---I hope everyone comes out a winner, as I have lots of friends on SI, many I've never met. Whatever the outcome, I hope it's decided quickly, so this can be put to rest. I'm not exactly looking forward to the lawsuit, but it was the only hope I have, of ever recouping my loss. Jan
