Today, we are observing a very nice uptick with our stock. I understand the financials for Q3 and Q4 (FY98) will soon be released. If they report solid figures at near break even for the periods mentioned and if projected growth (100%) is realized for Fy 99, the stock should perform accordingly. It would be predictable that FSGI would be looking to acquire some smaller and less efficient auditing companies (IMO) and if that were to happen, I see the stock going to new highs. I do not know of any plans at present, but I am just trying to predict where the growth MAY come from. This is my opinion. Investors should do their own DD and make their investments accordingly. I will remain long FSGI and feel very comfortable with my investment with them. Warm Regards, Chief
