The more bandwidth you consume the more infrastructure that is required to support it. So, as consumers accept cable and DSL access to their homes more and more infrastructure will be required to support it. What's key however is using these access lines for traffic other than what you use it for today. Hopefully new services will be offered such as Video on Demand, or Video chaching, etc... as you use these new services you'll be using more bandwidth which in turn will require more infrastructure will in turn mean the carriers need to purchase more CSCO equipment.
