Anyone checked EDGAR recently? Try Boolean search for Mirthie AND Neighbor!!!!! Remember SEC disclosure rules apply to everyone. This is discussed on the Mr. Rodgers web. Think the evidence indicates that the move is indeed due to the move. It is reported that Mirthie's ex neighbor now lives next door to blugreen and that not only has he been buying lots of stock but he has also been adding XOMA to more than three Internet model portfolios. This is more important than the actual buying. No <g> <VBG> or any of that stuff, because this is serious business!
