Hi, Yes, you are missing something here. The only certainties in this world are death and taxes. There are such things as project, financial and market risks which are usually constantly changing and thus can affect outcomes and perceptions. The size of the global diamond market is only about US $6.5 Billion and most of that is in large high quality gem diamond. Interesting times eh? I suppose one possibility is for RTZ to close down Argyle and replace their "Indian trade goods" from Argyle with Diavik production. The CSO isn't interested in this low end of the market anyways.
