Admr, even though I have not been able to confirm your report of the private placement, I have limit orders in for 60,000 share from 3 1/2 to 4 3/16. If I can confirm your report, I will be moving the limits up enough so that I get at least half of that volume. I will also try to buy into the private placement as well. jpublic89
