That could be it. Trouble is, people only see FRAM sales. What about service and maintenance that goes along with the chip. These must count for something considering they have better margins than FRAM itself.

Now, what if all of Ramtron sales were to Racom? What if Racom bought direct from Rohm. Lot's to be considered.

I'm inclined to believe last quarter was negative but considering we haven't heard anything on financing, it probably wasn't that negative.
Anyway, it doesn't seem to be in Racom's best interest to delay reporting earnings.

BTW, buy RMTR and VOTE NO on the proxy!
