All,

clearstation.com

I'm just sick that I didn't pick up more SNDK at 5 1/2.That was 4
weeks ago,SNDK is now + 11.NCII has not performed at all- it's done nothing for us in over two years. For me, it's time to figure out why as I feel I've been too complacent with this and have cut it too much slack. Yes,there are many positives over the previous years but why
does the market not recognize this? The market corrected it's valuation of SNDK, why does NCII still languish? My take is not the warrants but the looming threat of a reverse split as the May 98 financing takes out the authorized. There is nothing but dilution to look forward to for months. Does anyone see it differently, because if they do I would like to hear a positive slant on when we could expect the price to rise even 2 cents. Why is this not even .0875 on the bid?
I'm not trying to bash the company or the stock because I made the mistake of taking a position here way too early. I made an ill informed decision and I'm frustrated by it and I'll bear the financial
cost in silence from now on but I still feel there is something wrong
here. With all the good news surrounding NCII these days why is the
price going down? Best,paul
