Hi Steve and Mark:

As you probably know, ICIX was not the only CLEC to disappoint
this quarter. ESPI was another one. The next one to keep an
eye on is GSTX. They have also a convertible, and I suspect
that MS is playing the same games with GSTX as it did with WCII
a few months ago. So Stephanie Comfort's CLEC downgrade may well
be a cover for further MS shenanigans.
