I just asked to be sent information about Henry Ford's switching system but since there is a book ($99) AND an optional subscription service, I am guessing the book doesn't have enough info to do it yourself.

1. Ford
Has anyone ever seen Henry Ford's book ?

He uses just 5 Select funds and MM. I think he uses FSVLX, FSELX, FDCPX, FSESX, and FSPHX (which are some of my favorites).

2. Fasttrack
Anybody use Investor's Fasttrack ? I did a trial month with it once - it provides switching signals between any two funds and a money market. You pick two funds that have powerful trends but low correlation with each other, and it can generate signals for switching bewteen them or into a money market. It also has built-in lists of almost every fund family's funds, plus lists of same-objective funds across families (like small-cap, aggressive growth, etc.), and also has lists of just funds available through the major fund networks. So you can work with just a list of funds and sort them based on performance over any starting date and time period. It can also backtest your fund combination and settings to show what the return would have been if you switched on the signals. Very interesting - I think it costs $25-30 per month.
