Hi Mike, I was involved in helping put a promotion together for annual opening of New Orleans race track (can't remember name, I don't ordinarily frequent race tracks). When we finished, the promotor gave us all a tip, literally, bet on a certain horse in the third race. Just out of curiousity, I went to the track and followed his advice, bet $100, and won. Whenever people talk about horse races, I think of that. Coming from Louisiana, I have developed a pretty low opinion of human nature, I guess, unfortunately well justified. People from other states tell me that Louisiana is different. Is it?
